Our Hawaii trip!

We had so much fun on our trip!!
WE LOVE HAWAII
It was seriously amazing - i feel like we were just laughing 90% of the time!
I love the family I married into.
This was the PARTY crew!
Me and Justin, Gary and Kayla, and Nate and Amy.
We got to be cool for a week and drive around in convertibles :)
the top was down most of the time!
This is what we saw when we walked into our beach house -
SOOO PRETTY! It was so nice to fall asleep to the waves every night.
This is on our beach. Nice back yard views!
Justin's family lived in Laie when he was younger - this is one of the houses he grew up in...it is right around BYU Hawaii and the PCC. (Our beach house was RIGHT across the street from PCC and so close to the temple - it was fun to see their old neighborhood)
We were able to walk around the temple and go into the visitors center.  That would be a fun mission to go on someday for sure!

This is right across from the temple - Temple Beach.
It's the beach they used to play at all the time when they were little.
Justin and Beav.
This is also where Justin was baptized. So cool!
My family also happened to be vacationing on the other side of the island at a resort with some of their friends...so they came to the North Shore to visit one day!
A lot of our time was spent at Waimea Beach.
This is also where Justin and Kayla jumped off the huge rock - the crazies.
Justin had to jump off it two different days :) of course.
I think it was Friday night we drove into town and we were able to see their friend,
Sam, play in his band.  He was in their ward in Laie.
Ok - by far my favorite place to eat was Ted's Bakery. YUM!
This is at the Point.  Some serious huge waves here!
These pictures are in Haleiwa - their snow cones were bomb.
At the Dole Pineapple Plantation - go for the pineapple floats!!
Justin, Kayla, and I did a hike in Hauula - it was around 3 miles and was soo pretty!
It's kinda crazy that one second you are on a sandy beach and the next you are in the woods.
This is on our way down to snorkel at Hanauma Bay.
So excited! It was one of my favorite things. (minus cutting my leg open)
The whole group!
On one of the last nights we went to PCC and did the luau/show.
Ready to eat!
After dinner and before the show we had a chance to visit with their old friend, Kap.
We were so sad to leave, but we did miss Stockton.
My in-laws are awesome and watched all the grand-kids so we could have such a fun trip!
And now it's back to reality.
Here are some great pictures on the morning we left.
Justin and his brothers have such great relationships - they are so fun.
At Valley of the Temples.  Also, another favorite!  It looked like a painting.
This was one of the last pictures - it was on our way to the airport.  We met up with their cousin for lunch before the long trip back to AZ.
I honestly WILL NOT get on the scale... for sure I gained 8 lbs!
but it was SOOO worth it.
I feel like we were constantly eating but it was nice to not have a care in the world.
Can't wait to visit again soon!
(Hopefully it will become an annual trip later on in life.)
